CNA test minimums
From CNA's international getting started page. CNA says it accepts most internationally recognised English tests, that results take about two weeks to a month to arrive, and that some programs set different English requirements in the Academic Calendar. Applicants must be at least 17.

Exemptions and documents for Indian applicants
If you attended a high school or post-secondary institution for three years or more where English was the official language of instruction, CNA does not require a test. The Practical Nursing page adds that international applicants to the School of Health Sciences may be required to submit official IELTS Academic scores at the health levels, so do not rely on the exemption for nursing or paramedicine.
For India, CNA's country section lists the CBSE, CISCE or state board Class 12 certificate, as a board-attested or board-issued copy with the Grade 12 mark sheet; school-issued transcripts and third-party notarised copies are not accepted. It sets no Class 12 English score of its own. The same page lists CNA's PGWP-eligible programs with their CIP codes, worth checking before you choose a program.

Study permit and PGWP: separate rules
CNA's scores decide admission only. IRCC sets no minimum English score for a study permit; any language condition is written into your letter of acceptance (see IELTS for a Canada study permit). The Post-Graduation Work Permit is a separate test again. IRCC's PGWP eligibility page asks for CLB 7 in all four skills if you graduate with a bachelor's, master's or doctoral degree or from any other university program, and CLB 5 for any other college, polytechnic or non-university program, so a bachelor's degree earned at a college still needs CLB 7. On IELTS General Training, CLB 7 is 6.0 in every skill and CLB 5 is Reading 4.0 and Writing, Listening and Speaking 5.0 (IRCC score table). The PGWP takes IELTS General Training, CELPIP-General or PTE Core, not IELTS Academic, and college programs also face a field-of-study rule if you applied for your study permit on or after 1 November 2024 (see IELTS for the PGWP).
