B2 and C1 certificates Vienna accepts
From the university's English language proficiency page. It says only the proofs listed are accepted, with no exemptions:

Which programmes need which level
Most English-taught master's need B2. Translation needs C2 if English is one of your working languages. Bilingual and multilingual master's need English plus other languages, listed in each programme's Master Access Guide.
At bachelor's level, Mathematical Foundations of Data Science is taught in English and needs B2 without German. The bilingual International Legal Studies needs English B2 and German A2 to apply, rising to German C1 for admission.
Test certificates may not be older than three years. A C1 certificate also counts where only B2 is required.

Degrees that replace a test
A full-time degree of at least two years taught entirely in English counts as proof that never expires, but only if it was earned at a university in the EU/EEA, Switzerland, the UK, the USA, Australia, New Zealand or Canada. A degree from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh or Nigeria does not qualify, so those applicants need IELTS, TOEFL or Cambridge.
If English is your first language but you hold none of the listed proofs, the university may require an assessment by an institution it chooses, at your cost.
Requirements vary by programme and change between admissions cycles. The score that binds you is the one on your University of Vienna programme page and in your offer, so check it there before you book a test.
