Health questions with sample answers

1

Do you care about your health?

Absolutely, I consider my physical well-being a top priority. I find that when I neglect my health, my productivity levels plummet, so I make a conscious effort to get enough sleep and maintain a balanced lifestyle to ensure I remain energetic throughout the busy working week.

2

In what ways do you try to stay healthy?

To stay in good shape, I focus primarily on hydration and portion control. I carry a reusable water bottle everywhere to ensure I drink enough fluids, and I always try to incorporate at least two servings of leafy green vegetables into my evening meals.

3

How do you keep fit?

Maintaining my fitness level involves a combination of brisk walking and mobility training. I commute on foot whenever possible, covering several kilometres daily, which keeps my heart rate up and helps me avoid the lethargy that often comes with spending hours sitting at a desk.

4

Do you do any exercise?

I try to incorporate some form of physical activity into my routine at least four times a week. It is essential for me to stretch my muscles after a long day of sedentary work, so I usually follow a short online routine in my living room.

5

What type of exercise do you enjoy?

Swimming is definitely my favourite way to unwind and stay active. There is something incredibly therapeutic about the silence underwater, and it provides a fantastic full-body workout that leaves me feeling completely refreshed and far less stressed than when I started the session.

6

Is it important to you to eat healthy food?

Eating nutritious food is vital because I notice an immediate impact on my mood and mental clarity. While I do indulge in the occasional treat, I generally opt for whole grains and lean proteins because they provide the sustained energy I need to get through my daily tasks.

Details are invented. Use the shape, not the sentences: examiners mark memorised answers down.
